We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During busy periods, drops, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Available services and delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
At this time, we do not offer free shipping, except for local Birmingham deliveries, where applicable.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK Standard Delivery: typically 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If you place your order before 3pm. Next day deliveries can be selected as an option. 

Where available, tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Free local delivery may be available for customers based in Birmingham. Eligibility and delivery details will be confirmed at checkout or via email after placing your order.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
